These terms cover how you may use the Rich & Rumble website, order our coffee and gear, and what you can reasonably expect from us. Please read them before placing an order.
Rich & Rumble is a small-batch coffee roastery and brewing equipment store based in Johannesburg. We roast single-origin lots and espresso blends twice a week, and we sell a practical range of manual brewers, grinders, scales, and filters. The website is meant to help you choose the right coffee and gear, with brew guides for each bean profile so you know what to expect before you buy.
All orders are subject to stock availability. Because we roast in small batches, some lots may sell out quickly or be available only for a limited season. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you before processing payment and offer a replacement or a full refund. Weights and roast dates are listed on each product page, and we recommend checking them before ordering.
You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details when placing an order. You are responsible for storing your coffee properly after delivery, keeping it in a sealed container away from heat and moisture. Brewing equipment should be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the products we sell.
Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is due at the time of ordering. If a payment fails or is declined, we may cancel the order and notify you by email.
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days of roasting. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within seven days of receipt with a photo and your order number. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rich & Rumble is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under South African law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or interfere with the normal operation of the site. You may stop using the website at any time. Upon termination, any provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including limitations of liability and dispute resolution.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the date of the last revision shown below. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
