Order pickup
If you are collecting an order, mention it when you place it and we will have your bag ready at the counter. Roast-day orders are usually ready the same afternoon.
Take a moment to check the beans and gear in your basket before we pack them. If anything looks off, you can adjust quantities or remove items below.

We roast on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed before noon on a roast day go out the same afternoon. Otherwise they ship with the next roast.
Standard courier delivery takes 2 to 4 business days within South Africa. You will receive a tracking link once your parcel leaves the roastery.
Need to change a delivery address or add a note about grind size? You can do that on the next step before you confirm.
Whether it is a question about roast dates, a brewing kit that did not arrive as expected, or you simply want to swap a filter size before we pack your box, we are easy to reach. We keep support practical and reply like the people who actually roast and pack your coffee.
Our roastery team checks messages on roasting days, so you will usually hear back within one working day. For anything urgent about a delivery, call us during shop hours and we will sort it out on the spot.
